I’ve officially decided to start rereading books from my childhood to see what I think of them in my adult life.
My first choice is the Chronicles of Narnia series. This is driven by a couple of things, mainly that I already have the entire series (thank you big Costco books!) so there’s no need to make much effort to acquire it. I also don’t know if I’m fully ready to demolish the books I know I loved, so I figured I’d start safely.
I don’t recall actually ever finishing this series. I distinctly remember my mother reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe to me as a seven year old, but I have no memory of reading any of it on my own. Thus the safe start, since it may not have even been memorable to begin with.

I was also read the series as a child, and I’ve grown up with them. My favorites have always been Prince Caspian, Dawn Treader, and Last Battle.
